CyberVector Ltd (hereafter “CyberVector”) respects your right to privacy. This privacy policy has been developed to inform you about the privacy practices followed by CyberVector in connection with its websites, products and services. This privacy policy does not apply to CyberVector services offered by or through our partners, resellers or other third parties, or other 3rd Party services or websites, and we encourage you to read the privacy policies of those parties as necessary.
This privacy policy will inform you about what data is collected, how we use such data, where data is processed, how you may opt out of your data being used, the security provisions around storing your data and how to correct or update your data.
In order to communicate with you and to provide our products and services and related support, it is not necessary for CyberVector to transfer your personal data outside of the European Union. We collect information from you when you:
CyberVector is provider of professional information science services and data or integrity analysis tools, and you may be asked to enter your name, E-mail address, physical address, phone number, and/or organizational details or other personal information.
We do not develop or acquire additional information about you by using third‐party sources, browsing, or purchasing history.
CyberVector treats personal information as confidential, although this may be used for the purposes of checking for compliance with Anti-Money Laundering, Human Trafficking and other UK and European legislation as is appropriate at the time such requirements exist in law.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred outside of the company, or given to any other company for any reason without your consent, other than for the purposes specified in below.
We will process your data for the purpose of performance of our contract with you or the legitimate interest of our business. In any other event, we will request your consent for the processing of the personal data you may submit.
If you deny, or choose to withdraw, your consent to use personal data or opt out of receiving information about CyberVector products and services, as set out here, this may result in you not being made aware of sales promotions, renewal notices, periodic company newsletters, new service updates, security updates, and related product or service information.
We do not use cookies other than as set out in the CyberVector cookie policy.
We do not gather your data in application logs. We do not monitor your visit to our web site other than via the anonymous means provided by Google Analytics for our own web site optimisation.
We do not sell or trade your personal information to any other parties.
We do not share or provide access to your personal information to any other party.
It is our policy to notify customers of requests for their data from law enforcement agencies, unless we are prohibited from doing so by statute or court order. Law enforcement officials who believe that notification would jeopardise an investigation have statutory means by which they may seek to access such data, and we fully comply with UK Law in this respect.
The personal information we collect is retained for no longer than necessary to fulfil the stated purposes of the clause entitled Collection of Personal Information (above), or for a period specifically required by law or regulation that CyberVector is obligated to follow. Where we no longer have a business relationship that warrants the continued possession of your personal information by CyberVector, it is our policy that your personal information shall be deleted within 12 months’ from our last interaction date or sooner upon your request.
After this retention period is over, CyberVector securely disposes or anonymises and encrypts your personal information in order to prevent loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorised access.
You have the right to access and modify your personal data stored on CyberVector systems at any time.
You can request to access or modify your personal information by contacting Legal@CyberVector.co.uk. To authenticate the request we will make use of existing information that we hold, to ensure that the rightful data owner is undertaking this process. We will make reasonable effort to respond to and process your request in a timely manner.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to give you notice that we shall be deleting your personal information from our systems. In such a situation you have 31 calendar days to appeal which you can do by E-mail to Legal@CyberVector.co.uk or by phone or in writing.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We have implemented strong encryption and have highly constrained and monitored access controls operating at the perimeter, system, personal and auditing layers and these are applied to electronic and physical records.
After an interaction that involves any personal information your records are updated and the retention policy is reapplied. We retain no financial transaction payment, debit or credit card information.
