People

Many of our people have worked in embedded high performance teams, often badged as our clients. We blend in. We believe in setting positive examples and display attitudes and behaviours that are underpinned by our culture.

Company

In one form or another we have been in business for over 20 years. A management buy out in 2011 resulted in the creation of the new CyberVector company.

Our historic low profile has been a part of our success, but we are responding to the need to better identify ourselves and the culture and values that we believe in.

Central to this is our view about "total client confidentiality."

Confidentiality

We will never ask you for a citation. You may offer to provide it, but we'll never use it.

We have worked in or for a broad range of clients, but we have never divulged our customers. We don't use our positive feedback to win new business. We don't need to raise money. We don't need to satisfy investors.

When we work for you, no one will ever know.

Management

Strong management has been a key to success. We apply the principles we espouse to our clients to ourselves.

The executive management have clear accountabilities, there is strong and positive leadership. Everyone knows the direction of travel.

We listen to the staff and build effective plans to ensure that the company is strong and agile to change.
